Pre-orders are scheduled to begin shipping within 4–6 weeks. You will receive real-time tracking updates via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
The Petrix app supports all modern iOS devices (iOS 15 and above) and Android devices (Android 10 and above) with Bluetooth 5.0 capability.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before your device ships. Once delivered, Petrix can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
